Lucinda Winter

Executive Director

Lucinda joined SFA in 2021, attracted by the opportunity to lead a beloved farming organization as it evolves to serve its members in meaningful new ways. "I'm inspired by our members' commitment to supporting each other, stewarding the land, and strengthening their communities. That's what drives me to utilize everything I've learned during my three decades as a nonprofit professional to ensure they have the resources they need to be successful."

Lucinda served for 12 years as executive director of the nonprofit Minnesota Film and TV, and as a communications consultant for a number of Minnesota nonprofits, including Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. She served as a board member and board Chair of the Saint Paul Chapter, American Red Cross and currently serves on the board of Pet Haven, a foster-based animal rescue. She has a BA in Mass Communication from Michigan State University.
