THE MENU:

• Swedish Meatballs (bison/oat or pork/wild rice) with brown sauce and mashed root vegetables, or vegetarian served with mashed/mixed herbed potatoes and rutabaga
• Salad with local mixed greens and local vegetables, croutons, ranch or french dressing on the side 
• Buttered sweet corn
• Dinner rolls from local baker
• Maple blondies or Chocolate brownies (GF option available)
• Iced tea or rhubarb tea
