Tim and his wife are transitioning part of her family's historic farm to a no-till organic grain operation. In addition to farming, Tim is a chaplain and a health services researcher. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing and disseminating morally injury and spiritually-integrated care interventions in the VA, military and private health systems.
