Kim and her husband are raising two boys on a 15-acre hobby farm in Wilkin County

Minnesota, where they put up hay and rotationally graze cattle and horses. She has

experience in the dairy and beef industries and has spent the past 13 years working

with landowners through conservation districts in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Kim now serves as Soil Health Coordinator for the Red River Basin Commission,

supporting water management strategies and increasing adoption of best management practices across the landscape.
