Organic Network's Mission
The Minnesota Organic Network promotes information sharing
and collaboration around emerging organic opportunities through a listserv and quarterly conference call.
Organic Network Calls
- Members collaborate to keep this network functioning.
- The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) pays for and administers the email listserv.
- The Minnesota Institute for Sustainable Agriculture (MISA) underwrites and organizes the conference call.
- The Sustainable Farming Association (SFA of MN) hosts and maintains the web site.

- Members share information and participate in discussions on the listserv. They also take turns serving as host and scribe for the conference call.
- Host: selects topic, sends reminder to members 3-5 days before the call, facilitates discussion on the call.
