The Minnesota Organic Network is a group of people who are interested in working together to coordinate and support organic agriculture in Minnesota.

Organic Network's Mission

The Minnesota Organic Network promotes information sharing and collaboration around emerging organic opportunities through a listserv and quarterly conference call.

Organic Network Calls
• Members collaborate to keep this network functioning.
  • The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) pays for and administers the email listserv.
  • The Minnesota Institute for Sustainable Agriculture (MISA) underwrites and organizes the conference call.
  • The Sustainable Farming Association (SFA of MN) hosts and maintains the web site.

• Members share information and participate in discussions on the listserv. They also take turns serving as host and scribe for the conference call.
  • Host: selects topic, sends reminder to members 3-5 days before the call, facilitates discussion on the call.
