Fare Grange Law is thrilled to announce its new Beginning Farmer & Food Entrepreneur Program. Our innovative pilot program is designed to increase access to legal services for new farm and food businesses in the sustainable and organic sector. PrintHere’s what we’re offering, starting in 2014:

  • Free, reserved 30-minute consultations for beginning farmers and food entrepreneurs.
  • Special rates for additional one-hour consults, if desired.
  • “In-House Counsel” monthly subscription option (unlimited calls & emails plus member discounts on additional legal services)
  • Online “Ask a Lawyer” meet-ups on topics of interest to new farm and food operations.

Fare Grange Law is offering this program in service to our firm mission: to build a healthy, sustainable food system by providing legal counsel to the people and food businesses in the good food universe. Supporting beginning farms and food businesses with proactive legal planning as they become vital actors in a sustainable food system is one way we can strengthen the good food infrastructure.
