I'm looking for information about the different molds that grow on the exterior of blue cheeses.

I've been making blue cheese at home for about 5 years. Each wheel turns out differently than the last, some with what seem to be various molds on the exterior. Where can I find more information to help me identify these molds? I'm curious as to what they are and how they develop.
