What has been tried so far? I've used diatomaceous earth and pyrethrin mixes for hard shelled critters like beetles and Bt products for catepillars and worms. Both types have worked well. Possibly spray rates and cost might make it prohibative on larger acreages like soybeans. _________________ Jeremy Lanctot (Lank-toe)

| In my opinion, aphids are often a plant issue. From an IPM standpoint, how much loss do you see from aphids? Has the exotic soybean aphid come this far north yet? |

| How do you find effective treatments for pest problems and so forth---do you look online or just talk to people about their methods? I see you didn't ever get a response, did you find a decent organic method for control?, or is your farm generally diversified enough for controlling the population? |
