The Cannon River Chapter of the Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota encompasses sustainable farmers and like-minded consumers in the general area of Dodge, Goodhue, Steele, Rice, LeSueur, Dakota, and Scott Counties.
Healthy foods produced by these farmers include:
