If you weren’t already convinced that you should go to the Crow River Spring Social from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, April 23, at the Food Building, 1401 Marshall St NE, Minneapolis, then this lineup of great food and drink should seal the deal!

- A composed salad made from Jacob’s Cattle Gold and Tiger’s Eye beans
- Lina Cisco’s Bird Egg beans tossed with fresh pea shoots.

- Hazelnut cookies made with the perennial crop
In addition, Red Table Meats charcuterie and Baker’s Field breads will be offered by The Food Building’s locally owned farm-to-table restaurant, The Draft Horse. A salad of organic leafy greens from Urban Organics Aquaponic farm will round out the assortment.
