Several SFA Chapters are planning to host an annual meeting in the coming weeks. All are welcome. Some details for each:
Central Chapter is hosting its Annual Meeting from 9:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Jan. 25 at Browerville Community Center in Browerville, Minn. Speakers include SFA Network Coordinator Jerry Ford, who will speak about his experiences with Minnesota Garlic Festival as Central Chapter plans a signature event around fermented foods and vegetables. Also on the agenda is Glen Borgerding of Ag Resources Consulting as well as a session of roundtable discussions. Event is free for SFA Central Chapter members and $20 for nonmembers. South Central is hosting a Crops Seminar & Annual Meeting from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 18 at St. Casimir’s Church, 320 2nd Ave SW, Wells, Minn. More information is available here.
